Membership Drive

CMRA is now a formally recognised Residents’ Association for Chobham Manor. This gives us a stronger, formal voice with the LLP and L&Q in shaping the future of the estate.

Recognition will be reviewed in December 2027, so we need to maintain (and ideally grow) our membership to show that we continue to represent the community. By joining you help us protect our recognised status and ensure your voice is heard.

• Is there a cost? No

• Does it require any work or effort on the member’s part? No, but we do welcome residents getting involved if they wish

• What are the benefits?  To be honest the residents association operates on behalf of all residents on the estate, regardless of membership so we support our neighbours anyway.  We are hoping that residents would find a way to sign up to membership to help us represent as many of us as possible.

• Who does this apply to?  It apples to all residents on the estate whether Housing Association or Private Tenants, Shared Owners, Leaseholders or Freeholders.

Reward Vouchers

The reward vouchers helped us boost membership during our drive for legal recognition. Now that CMRA is officially recognised, we’ve closed the voucher scheme and won’t be issuing new vouchers.
