As our managing agent L&Q are obliged to carry out certain mechanical, eletectical and fire safety checks.  This spreadsheet provides the bac kground of those mechanical and electrical checks.  Please take a look and see track the checks in your block.  We are chasing the L&Q Fire Safety department for evidence of the mandatory fire safety checks and reports.
