Fixed Estate Charge: The membership authorises the committee to work to fix, reduce or eliminate the Fixed Estate Charge by working with relevant authorities.
Proposed by Steve PotterFree Membership: The membership extends free membership of the CMRA to include 2025.
Proposed by Steve PotterElectric Vehicle Charging: The maintenance of the Pod Point chargers in the the estate for a period of two years at a cost of XXX per household on the estate (to be added onto estate service charges)
