Giulia Melloni has been a resident at CM since Jan 2020 and a member of the Chobham Manor executive committee since September 2020. In 2024 she is stepping back and leaning into an advisory role. Her work in partnership with Newham will be carried on by the rest of the committee.
Hi, my name is Giulia Melloni, I have been a resident at CM since Jan 2020 and a member of the committee since September 2020.
I am an architect and a Design Manager for a tear 1 Contractor company, and mum of 2 lovely boys. Not only I wanted to become an active member of this community, but I was personally invested in matters such as Road safety, helping resolving Service Charges discrepancies, improving communication with ELE and lastly participating in Organising Community events.
My major success in the years have been to help establishing a relationship with Newham team and the mayor herself and have been instrumental in assuring Tfl funding to Newham to ultimately resolve a number of unresolved road crossing issues all around Honour Lea Avenue.
I have been liaising with the roads officer in ensuring a controlled road adoption for Abercrombie road and Olympic Park Road.
Due to work load I will step back as of Jan 24 and assist the committee in an advisory role, when and where required.
